After posting the C20 Chairman's Letter yesterday, another con paper from the Council 54 Vice Chairman, Art Aaron popped up. It is well worth a read. While there is a bit less TA analysis than Tom Tucker's letter, there is some real insight into the process that brought this TA and possibilities if the TA is rejected. Here's Art's letter.
